I began my journey in photography when I was 15 years old and I’ve been continuously learning and honing my craft for over 30 years since then. I have a BS in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and am successfully running a profitable, six-figure portrait business. In 2024, I will begin my 15th year being in business for myself. I have tried every photography business style, from all-inclusive to in person sales and everything in-between. I have experience in photo journalism, commercial photography, maternity, newborns, babies, families, high school seniors, and even a few weddings. I’ve done sessions on-location, outdoors, in client’s homes, in my own home, rented public studios by the hour, and most recently, remodeled and opened my very first private commercial studio space. Through all of this, I’ve learned so much and if I were to start over... well you know the saying “hindsight is 20/20”.

If I can take what worked for me and what didn’t and help other photographers achieve their dreams more quickly than I did, that fills me with joy and pride. I’m a firm believer in community over competition, being kind, supporting fellow small businesses, lifting others up and celebrating all of us reaching our goals.
